Yes i know that is funny question but somebody could explain me how to make assassination in INFECTION mode? I was trying by pushing LT or LB (and even with RT and RB) but it doesn’t work for me. I know how to use: THRUSTER, STABILIZER, CLAMBER, SPRINT, SLIDE, SPARTAN CHARGE and GROUND POUND but have no idea how make a assassination.
I’ve bought a digital copy of Halo 5 without manual guide so that’s why i’m asking.

Takes luck (lots of), timing (gotta catch 'em with their back turned), & LOTS of practice.

I wouldn’t say it takes a lot of any of those things. Assassination are situational sure, but they are not particularly difficult to pull off.
I say lots of luck, because anytime I try to flank an enemy, my target seem to see or hear me coming, or seems to catch me on his radar. Other thing is; the REST of the enemy team. ^.^ I maybe pull off an assassination 50% of the time. It’s not the action that’s ever the problem, its the situation, just like you said.
I would be very careful about assassinating an enemy in front of other team mates. They can easily steal your kill.
And it isn’t really difficult to do an assassination, the real trick is getting the timing right. It is the most important thing about Assassinations, sometimes just going for a Beat Down medal is the best decision in certain situations.
You can also turn off Assassination Animations in the Settings, if you want to avoid them altogether.

One another question about assassination. When i’m infected in Infection mode i’ve noticed that can use RB too (RT=jab/stab and RB=hook) is it possible to assassinate by RB button?

Yes it is possible.

Go into controller setting and check it out. Most of guys I know use bumper jumper. I changed to it way back when. I played campaign until I got used to it so I didn’t get totally slaughtered in multiplayer.

You are either extremely good…very stealthy or the people you played against are just stupid. I wish I had that kind of luck…everyone seems to have eyes in the back of their head every time I try stuff like that.
