And when a teammate takes your sniper then you gotta do what’s necessary
OP, the sniper belongs to whoever takes it. If you wanna waste 30 seconds betraying the sniper, you’ve just given up map control from being effectively down two players for that time. Even if you think you’d use the weapon marginally better than whoever grabbed it (which I can assure you you wouldn’t if you’re the sort to betray for the Ragnarok Sniper), you’ve put your team in a hole.
TLDR stop being jerks and just play the game.
PS the mantis isn’t OP. You kill it the same way you can kill warthogs or ghosts in H4. Shoot it with your primary a whole bunch.

Matchmaking is so broken that you’d get thrashed, destroy the other team even without the extra map control.
Everyone plays for themselves which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Mantis Super OP
The Mantis should have a faster swivel speed for the piloting cockpit.
Besides that, it is really OP. I’ve always wanted a mech in Halo c:

Your sniper? You said you were in a Mantis. What the hell a are you going to do with a sniper rifle inside a mantis. If someone takes a vehicle or gun you wanted, shake it off. It will respawn later on and then you can take it. Very unsportsmanlike to kill or harass a teammate over something like that. With the time you spent and the ammo you used to kill a teammate, you could’ve went after an enemy and helped your team. Only poor sports whine “that was MY gun” wah wah wah.

Mantis is OP but they are vulnerable in the front lines during any maps, they usually used for supporting your team mates, mostly they are for defense not offence.

OP of the Mantis is based on the operator. Does the player rush toward the enemy side of the map without backup and expect to kill everyone. Does he back off when he hears a plasma pistol charging and can’t see the enemy. Although anyone can get a few kills with the Mantis before getting blown to bits, it takes true skill to survive in a Mantis through an entire game.
The Mantis is mostly a support vehicle for big battles since it’s shield recharge rate is so slow, it is meant to be in cover when it takes unsustainable fire and step up when fellow Spartans are in a skirmish against the other team on the field.
I always rage quit when i see the mantis , hope they remove it.
Nooo, teammates no. Generally playlists are team games that must also develop strategies group. I attended a Grifball match where an idiot in my team liked to kill his teammates and the same happened in the opposing team. It was horrible … there wasn’t a person who was thinking about making points
The mantis along with every other vehicle is only powerfull if used effectively and correctly.
