I have a question on the mantis primary and secondary fire. Do you deal more damage taking down a shield with missiles first then headshot w/ machine gun fire or vice versa? Is this any faster ttk than emptying your payload all at once?
Does anyone have any input on this?
A lot of it depends on the situation around you. Missiles are good first if they’re close to you while the machine gun is good for long distance shots. If they’re close to cover, then the machine gun would be good first to get their shield low or removed and then use the missiles splash damage if they go behind cover to get the kill.
