Here’s some Mantis gameplay footage featuring Mr. Shakycam. Mantis drives in third person and seems to take a good bit of damage before falling apart, although it certainly seems less powerful than the official trailer.

I didn’t like the Valhalla map, but hopefully this map will be a breath of fresh air. The graphics look sick as, and the Mantis looks awesome. Just hope they put a good deal of vehicles to combat it, cause i think it looks a little OP.
So this is the remake then? Had some damn good times on Valhalla, glad to see it coming back as Ragnarok. I think Sand Trap was probably the most played on map in Halo 3 though, I wonder why its not the remake, and how did the hint relate to Valhalla at all?

I think that trailer made the Mantis seem way more OP then it really is. The teabagging at the end was a nice touch.

SO the Mantis is in Multiplayer?
The map looks freaking BEAUTIFUL.
However, I’m not sold on the Mantis. Looks mighty powerful to me.

Seemed that way to me too, however I think a lot as to contribute to the presentation. You don’t necessarily want to showcase a trailer for a new vehicle and just show clips on how to take it out.
I imagine it to be highly hijack able !!! This looks interesting tho!
Even though I would have preferred a Halo 2 BTB map over Valhalla, Valhalla was still fun and it looks great in H4. Hopefully it plays well with all the new additions and changes to gameplay. Mantis looked too strong, but I trust them to balance things out appropriately.

I hope so. But the Covenant Weapons trailer showed off some new things being weak and pointless.
The Mantis comes across as overpowered in the trailer but hopefully that was just so that 343 can show off what it’s capable of, rather than showing how strong it actually is.
And Valhalla, oh yes. Yes please.
