Mandatory 5 Second Re-spawns

Since I have now been playing Halo 4 since inception, I have come to the conclusion that instant re-spawn may not be a good idea. There is no way that the person that you just killed should be able to instant re-spawn and re-engage you before your shields could recharge. The instant re-spawn also disturbs team progression and map control because the player that just died is right back where they were in about three (3) seconds or less (in most cases). Now that I’m getting better, I get at least one revenge kill a game right off the instant re-spawn. Instead of having players simply jump back in the frenzy, a mandatory five (5) second delay should be in place. I’m sure this has been discussed before, but it has not really become apparent to me that this is an issue until recently.

NOTE: Having the instant re-spawn does keep the action fierce, but the pros don’t seem to out way the cons. However, that is also a matter of prospective. QUESTION: Is instant re-spawn the result of complaints or just something 343i added?

the whole implementation of halo 4 reeks of CoD, now the premise was interesting 6 months ago when they announced it, but seriously, implementation was incredibly poor.
