I honestly know how you feel. The game has become a source of frustration more than anything lately. I love Halo, but only when it works properly.
I’ve been booted 3 times in the past 24 hours, and that’s caused 3 DNFs to show up on my record, and I lost 3 boosts. Their servers are really, really bad. Almost every time I log on, I get the REQs not loading and have to wait a few minutes for them to show. Every other game we get a teleporting spartan that is tough to kill. Pretty much every Arena game, at least 1 person quits out. Tons of cheaters using smurf accounts, the list goes on.
What do 343 do about it? They pretty much ignore us, none of them ever post here.

my guess is because of social snipers playlist being added and causing the servers to be occasionally messed up. I’m giving it a day or 2 for it to miraculously fix itself
5 is waaaaaay too sweaty, you can’t get those goofy sloppy hilarious sandboxy kills like you used to
either your aim and movement is on point or you get hammers shoved up your -Yoink-, I have a really hard time having fun in this game

playing halo tipsy is the worst, gears or cod works a lot better then
Aw man, I haven’t drunk-Halo in a long time. I nearly got my mates account banned last time because I was yelling profanities at people with funny gamertags. That was just after Sandbox was released for Halo 3. (Damn I feel old)
I might just have a whiskey and hit Warzone up when I get home, today was a long day.
Totally agree with the majority of people in this thread, Halo 5 is a tight game, pretty much no room for error and that does distance it a bit from its predecessors in terms of fun factor.
Don’t know what you are talking about I was drinking and having a great time last night. Played social snipers and a bit of war zone.
War zone I played last night with my brother and it was a blast minus not being able to use my reqs. Basically my brother and I would go Leroy Jenkins and blow right in the middle of a base fight and make fun of each other for sucking. However after I started playing my slayer placement matches? Instant sweat shop. I was actually trying to suck hoping that I’d get placed lower so I won’t get stream rolled all the time aaannnndddd I still got placed gold 1 damn it. I also got a few gg messages which is always fun.

If it’s that bad, it’s probably not the servers’ fault. I have not had any experience so horrific and regular as the ones you describe.
That’s why you just need to get sloshed and then play so A: You’ll feel like a damn god and B: you won’t care what’s going on

Yep. I’ve been booted out of many games, sometimes right after we have freakin’ won the game… No Daily Win Pack for me… Then half the time my REQs take 5 minutes to load, and sometimes they never load. Halo 5 isn’t as much fun to me as past the Halo games, or even Destiny has
