As the title suggests, I’m having issues with the malfunction skull. When ever I turn it on and start a game, I still have all my HUD elements. Can some one please help me?
Never mind, It turns out you have to die first.

Yeah, that’s it. Just die, and try not to because it gets annoying after a while.
