Hey do you guys think it would sound better if in warzone we had the male announcer voice from arena and all the other halo games instead of the female voice? Not trying to be against women and sound like im a hater on her voice, but rather say that I love hearing the guys voice say that I got a perfect kill or maybe a double kill. I really think that would make warzone more fun. If not have just the guys voice, maybe have both female and male in warzone to be fair?
Yeah everyone is already sick of Palmer, we could have Roland talk in warzone as well.
I play a lot more arena than I do warzone, so I hear plenty of Jeff.
Warzone should just have more voices. Like Titanfall, with different characters saying different things for different situations.

I wish we only had Jeff as an announcer throughout the whole game, both in Arena and Warzone. As it stands now, we have 3 different announers. There’s Jeff and that annoying male guy in Arena, and Palmer in Warzone. It’s far too much, really.

This made me laugh because I thought of “CAPTURE THE ENEMY FLAG IN A GUNGOOSE!” which sounded absolutely ridiculous.
He’s definitely better in short bursts, medals, calling out “slayer”, etc.

He is the original guy who has been in every halo game, they just messed with his voice in halo 4 and made him sound bad

He’s the announcer for every Halo game. It’s the same guy.
My friends and I suggested custom voices for stuff like that close to having custom voices in reach but for the announcer so like having chief, cortana, Johnson, arbiter, locke, buck, etc
I really don’t think Palmer or Thorne are particularly great characters; wish they weren’t the main ‘narrators’.

I think that would be a good idea to have kinda like back from reach. That was one of the things I liked from back then

The lines could easily be changed to be shorter though, that’s a writing issue and doesn’t really have much to do with the announcer.
