This has nothing to do with gameplay so you can take that look off your face. Anyways I was think about the addition of Youtube and maybe even Facebook. Youtube of course for adding videos and Facebook for sharing other info. It would also be cool if we could connect Waypoint a little more with Halo so that things like sharing media and games will be easier. Share your thoughts.
Great idea but I don’t know about facebook…
I’d love to be able to upload videos to a youtube account without the need of a capture card. Can’t see the point in facebook though.
Youtube yes, Facebook no. That’s just my opinion. Maybe tie your Waypoint profile to the game a bit more.
as long as people don’t sell out and put adds on their vids, I’m all for it. no facebook though.
Facebook should be the last thing (next to kinect) 343i is concerned about.
Uploading theater videos straight to youtube would be cool, but Facebook has no added value whatsoever. All it would be able to do is be like Farmville: “(GamerTagX) just won a game of slayer on Bloodgulch. And nobody cares!”

I’m going to only agree with the Youtube part. Facebook I very much doubt that cause well…who even goes on there besides family members?
I know this isn’t really related, but I don’t think it’ll be in Halo 4 but for Halo 5 I definitly expect that you’ll be able to upload your game clips to youtube because Xbox added youtube with the latest dashboard update and apparently microsoft if gonna include a video recorder in the new xbox so you’ll probably be able to record your gameplay and then upload it to youtube all from your xbox
I would love to tie my youtube account to my waypoint account, so I can upload videos from a Halo game, but as far as FaceBook, I would not like my FaceBook account linked directly to Waypoint, I have it connected to my Xbox LIVE account, and my Youtube account, that’s good enough.

My thoughts hmmm…? Well I don’t think Youtube should be cluttered with more useless “Look at me and my montage! It has overly hyped and generic music” type Halo related videos. And as for Facebook… I hardly use the -Yoink!- site anyways and even if I did I wouldn’t want to post or share game data over social networks. Seems to much like seeking some sort of attention or ‘virtual ego’ building.

Very true. I was also thinking they should make posting videos for RT easier.
