This is an idea I just had and I thought I would share with you guys.
So you got 100% of Reqs complete and your friend has 45% complete. He really wants a Battle Rifle with an Energy Bayonet and some other armor and emblems he said he wanted.
So what you could do is build you’re own Req Pack!
You get things you already have in your collection to build a Req Pack.
So if this was in game it’d go like this.
Item 1:
Battle Rifle Energy Bayonet
Item 2:
Brute Emblem
Item 3:
Upgraded Shields
Item 4:
Etc etc etc. Maybe even some actual req points?
This would be a great thing for the community as you can have people that have no reason to play the game anyone a reason to keep playing. Because you can easily unlock those items again if you have 100% of reqs!
I just want to see them add wild cards to the req system so players can pick a specific req from time to time. Also I want to see a platinum level pack which gives only rare and above items. Then maybe a vehicle pack that only gives vehicles.

Rather than getting random items of all categories, I would like possibly in Halo 6 different types of packs, for example, armour cosmetics, vehicle packs, weapon packs, ability packs, fiesta packs (bit of everything), that way people are guaranteed something in which they expected. This is fair, if someone has invested heavily in the vehicle packs, they can be counteracted by someone who has invested heavily in the weapon packs. For those which only play arena, they might as well just invest in cosmetics. What do you think, good idea?
Edit - This is still a random system, just more organised and less random.
Lets see, I want a Sword Vehicle pack which should include
Sword Falcon: Needle turrets, needle chin gun the pilot can use, shields, and passengers seats can be used also. - Sword Scorpion: I dont know how this one would work but I would expect it to just shoot giant needles and one shot everything and has shields - Swordgoose: Acts like the Halo 2 Gungoose with shields. - Sword Wasp: Exactly like Hannibal but instead of the guass turrets its just needles.
