I’ve tried them both out, and neither of them are fit to be power weapons. The speed boost does nothing, and both weapons are outclassed by every other power weapon at every range; I can get way more kills with Blood of Suban or even just the basic Light Rifle than I can with either of these guns. That’s how things go down at long range… at short range, where the guns would be ideal, they get splattered by anyone using a Shotgun or SAW; it doesn’t even have to be Blaze of Glory or The Answer. An ordinary, Common SAW or Shotgun is more than enough to destroy anyone using the pistol variants in Warzone.
Then there’s snipers and vehicles that dominate Warzone matches, meaning that you take a serious risk trying to cross the map after selecting either of these guns. You’re more liable to get sniped, blown up, or run over before you get close enough to the enemy team to use your Mythic pistol.
Meanwhile, the default Magnum has only 1 other variant that you can use in loadouts. Fix this. Make Whispered Truth and the Halo: CE Magnum loadout weapons just like the Halo 2 Battle Rifle. I don’t know why these guns weren’t loadout weapons to begin with.

The Halo 2 Battle Rifle is almost exactly the same as the Halo 5 Battle Rifle except for the increased magnetism and different scope. That’s why it can be placed as a loadout weapon, it’s not that fundamentally different.
OP, you need to get better with the weapons. Halo one pistol is a 3 shot kill, and the whispered truth is almost as good. They far exceed the load out weapons in capabilities.
I would beg to differ. I have seen (and done myself) teammates that have either (in my case it was the whispered truth) and go and take bases (I took the west armory by myself).
It’s all how you use it, like SAWs and Shotguns, but I didn’t get more than 8 kills, so I say it should be easier to obtain since it’s very scarce now also because making it a loadout weapon would totally tip the balancing of weapons.

The Cageybee showed that the H5 BR actually has a very slightly higher TTK, but it is so negligible due to the fact that no one is that accurate. Halo 2 BR is only good because of the bullet magnetism.

As said before you definitely wasted those power reqs then. The Halo CE magnum is a 3 shot kill, and can be scoped. If you add a damage boost or 2 it is even more ridiculous. The whispered truth is SILENCED, combine this with advanced sensors and some actual decent map movement and enemies are dead before they knew you were there. These to weapons are absolutely deadly at medium range (what they are designed for) and will out perform any BR, DMR, light rifle or carbine (except for maybe dying star and a good blood of suban user).The Halo CE magnum can even perform well at medium long range in the right hands.
