It is extremely unfair that if you did not get the weapon skins in a limited time only pack that was not even guaranteed to give you the skins first time around that you can no longer have any chance to get them.
You don’t understand what a “limited time” means.

No those skins are awesome and are extremely special due to them being limited time you should have done the grind because your chance to get them are gone.i think they should remove any limited time items though.plus it is fair there not just going to give you mythic skins you have to do the grind journey.one last thing Deal With It dude.
No limited time does not mean any time. What’s next you want Achilles from gold packs ?
I’d bet that in H5G’s final update they drop all the special criteria items in the req system. It would be similar to how ME3 had special stuff that was only available from special circumstances and once they ended the updates they added in all those items to keep people playing a little longer.
