Just a reminder to 343i; the Hammer Storm trailer and the official announcement both clearly show that Warzone Firefight will be playable as a co-op game… but what about single-player? Will we be able to go in solo with an AI Fireteam like in Campaign? I often enjoyed playing Firefight alone, offline back in the days of Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach… I hope that’s coming back with Warzone Firefight.

There are no teams, in the trailer it shows the the Spartans using their own colors that the player chooses.

Alternatively that could mean there is one team, which I what I intended. Though I apologize as I wasn’t clear. I doubt will be able to kill each other.
I think Memories of Reach could bring classic firefight back and they might use that as a test for Warzone Firefight. Single Player firefight is a good idea but for every individual player it might not be that fun to play solo. Gets boring after awhile when I played firefight solo on in Reach. Warzone Firefight in the article description said is coming together and fighting common enemies. I rather play with a team and have fun.
As excited as I am for Firefight, I just know 343 is gonna find some way to screw it up. I really can’t wait for it, but I’m prepared to be disappointed.
Warzone normally has 12-24 people. So solo is possible if you mean solo with Randoms.
It’s warzone for a reason… Maybe they will make an “arena firefight” and that will be singleplayer

This game already has single player, its called campaign.
… no. Co-Op does not instantly mean splitscreen. It is not possible to have split screen in halo 5 no matter how hard they try.

I doubt we will be seeing a firefight with AI teammates but they better damn well make it in single player mode. Sometimes I just want to go and slaughter aliens to let off some steam and don’t always want to play firefight with other people.
This is also one my peeves about firefight. As i normally played it solo. I would rather have the option to play it solo with ai teammates. That would be great 343.
I would not count on it.
