So must of us with smaller companies(1-20) know how how hard recruitment can be so i was thinking of a slightly better way for it to become easier,if they made it so we can edit what kind of company/player we are with check boxes so that we can check if we are casual,competitive,or both and our favorite modes,so we can search with this mechanic and find companies/or possible recruits.
