When you go to create a new topic, you can create a poll. This is very useful as we can easily ask the community to vote on things like the small radar size, friendly fire, collisions, etc. that 343 can then look and, hopefully, see that the community as a majority does or does not like something.
So, to create a poll just make a new topic, and then click the little gear on the right side of the header bar. In the list click Build Poll, and use the textboxes to create options. I highly encourage everyone to use polls, I think 343 will appreciate the more easily discernible feedback.
