Me and my 3 friends spent hours today earning the awesome looking nameplate for beating Halo Reach Legendary in under 3 hours. I was disapointed to see the nameplates for the other games were pretty generic and boring for such a task. I was just suggesting they add more things that are difficult to achieve and also stand out because finally beating the game in under 3 hours was such an awesome feeling we all had and the reward was equally pretty to look at and enjoy. I’d love to have more moments like this in game because it brings back the old feeling of grinding with pals for a challenge. Would also be nice if the Nameplates for Halo Ce, 2, 3 and ODST were cooler looking for beating the game on legendary in under 3 hours, they are all quite generic and boring looking unlike the one for Reach.
There’s a great thread going on in the MCC Xbox forum right now about animated nameplates. Those suggestions could be tied to what you are suggesting here and I agree with you.

That would be extremely cool to earn for some of the cooler challenges. Stuff such as Beating Halo 2 Legendary in under 3 hours have extremely generic and boring plates and could use a makeover
