Make it more like the anniversary playlist in reach

i just love it,i played normal slayer yesterday and i could just puke,but then a friend joined me who could only play anniversary,cause he doesnt own reach

so we played anniversary ffa and classic and it was soooo damn fun,it felt like halo again,343 did a really good job with fixing reach or at least with Halo:CEA multiplayer

im sure you would sell more copies with classic halo than with mainstream halo

just please make Halo 4 as epic as Halo 1-3 were,in terms of gameplay of course

It’s fine if you like chaotic pistol spamfests. Don’t enjoy it myself, though do appreciate the lack of jetpacks.

The best would be a mix of the two playlists, ANni8versary is a bit to pistol friendly imo, while ordinary Reach has to mane AAs, and not enough weapon balance. Over all I prefer Anniversary, although the lack of maps and BTB Heavy makes it boring eventually.

I agree with both of you, tone down the pistol damage and I’d play it a lot more. I was playing a lot yesterday then went back to normal and I was a little sad.

I would like it if they adjusted the Jumping height and speed to halo 2/3.

I say make it like its own game, with its own voice and feel.

Honestly I cant enjoy anniversary. Everyones using the pistol…which I suck at.

Problem isn’t that the pistol is too powerful. It’s that the other weapons need to get beefed up more and the Reach engine can’t adequately simulate CE gameplay due to stronger bullet magnetism and less responsive strafing. Consequently, the pistol becomes easier to use at mid-range and closer than in CE (altho the random spread makes it totally impaired at distance) while the other weapons are weaker than in CE.
