Add a playlist that has no sprint, camber, slide, anything that wasn’t in the OG halo games. Increase base movement speed and forge the OG maps or make smaller maps. This would be great fan service and also bring in people like me who would never give infinite the time of day. Thanks.

That could be interesting although their maps probably wont work with it, I did try this on some remake maps and it was pretty good.
I still remember when 343 took over and gave Reach a no bloom no sprint playlist I thought Halo was going back, man was I wrong.

If only there was a place to play to OG Halo games on Xbox one… Why not just play MCC. I just don’t understand why Halo fans continue to ignore MCC, which is better than Infinite in every way. All the complaints about infinite are non issue in MCC, want Br starts for your game mode of choice, even BTB, MCC has it, want input based match making, MCC has it, want nothing but slayer game or nothing but objective, you can do it in MCC. Want split screen again? Want a progression system and challenges? MCC has them… All MCC truly needs is players to start playing it again. But players would rather buy cheap ugly cosmetics for a “free” sub par Halo game.

People don’t want to play 20 year old games. MCC is a overhyped nostalgia project.
Now infinite with classic mechanics would be great. I would support this playlist if it was also ranked with 1-50 like we had.

you know there are a few problems he.
and the bigst problems from then all is that you cant play halo MCC on the next gen at all.
all the xbox one game’s you have cant be playable on the serie’s X or serie’s S.
since there is no backwards compatibility at all on the next gen console’s.
its the same thing what we got with the xbox one console that you cant play the xbox 360 game’s on it back then.
and a other thing is that the contant for MCC is also more death now so there not going to update it all.
there always wane try it again.
and the funny part is there asking it now for a game that has a big list of problems there cant fix and what has the worst lowst population there is in halo history
I just don’t really understand I want my new game to play like my old game but I don’t want to play my old game.

I run classic maps only!! BUT… I can’t play them till 343 fixes the the custom game area and we get some Server Tools, like maps rotations, kick and ban users for racists remarks, and Creating Hate and Discontent to other user’s in the game like we had in Halo MCC!
Maps I have at this time: Avalanche, Valhalla, Rat Race, Danger Canyon and Bloodgulch, Halo Online Diamondback and Ice Fields. Hope to be able to download some other classic maps.

Not sure what your point is here but it doesn’tmatter as you are just wrong. Xbox One can play Xbox 360 and original Xbox games and has been able to do so for some time now.
Xbox Series X and S are both fully backwards compatible with Xbox One. The Series consoles can also play all the 360 and original Xbox games the Xbox One can.
The only thing the Series S can’t do is read discs but it can still play all the digital games.
Just make a classic game.

then what is the point to release a new game if its become the same as the old game.
i have never see a game at all that release a new game but its also the same thing the old one has with notting new or chance’s at all.
I love this idea so much. The thing though is that maps are built specifically with clamber and sprint in mind.
I suppose they did add a OG classic playlist into Halo 5… so it might work!

I play mcc all the time, what is the point you are trying to make? I haven’t played a new halo since mcc so I could care less about the direction of halo at this point but giving people the ability to forge classic halo and remove abilities would be great fan service.

Yeah Halo 5’s Playlist was awesome even going far as adding the H1 pistol in the game. I really think that would be cool to do that in infinite.
