I thought Major Vaughans odst squad was a good hero unit and liked his leader powers to. What are your on if he should be a leader.
I thought he would have been a better choice then Serina. I prefer new cannon and characters and not a bunch of throwbacks. However, Serina was our last UNSC leader so there won’t be anymore I am afraid.

Last UNCS leader for season pass. They could release him later on not include in the season pass
I think, and hope, his squad will become cutter’s hero unit.
That would be cool. They’ve given Vaughn a bit of backstory, so I would like to see sort of an orbital support, ODST centric leader who can deploy armies quickly and all.

I would like that too, he is a pretty cool character and I liked his squad while playing the new campaign missions but i don’t think we’re anymore unsc leaders unfortunately

I don’t think they would change an already existing leaders hero unit, but it could happen.

I feel think it’s more probable they do that than build an entire new leader.
How many leaders do you guys -Yoinking!- need?! We’ve been granted all kinds of requests and you guys still complain and want more…
People asked for a Hunter Leader. We got Colony.
People asked for The Arbiter. We got The Arbiter.
People asked for Johnson. Lo and behold we got him.
People asked for a Grunt leader. Jee wiz he’ll be here next month.
Yet, still people complain that "so and so would’ve made a better leader"

I agree though, obviously people have lots of ideas for leaders, which isn’t bad! However it’s easier to use already available resources to make the ODSTs a hero unit.

I like Jerome as hero for now
They already basically have a bit of a start for Major Vaughan being a leader through playing as him in spearbreaker.
inb4 they’re all in mechs
just add the ODST heroes to Cutters skill tree and replace them with the common ODST. The common can generate from the armory. Problem solved.
As stated above, Cutter will have 2 hero units ( Jerome and ODST major Vaughn) therefore he can somewhat be even with Commander Jerome with unique hero units. Making him one of the best air support, special unit heroes on the platform. 343 make it happen!
Lol… he is a leader already. His name is Commander Jerome. I kid you not. Play as Jerome in skirmish and listen to him talk when you build supply pads or come under attack, then go play Spearbreaker and listen for the same things. I’m 99.9% certain that Jerome hung up his MJOLNIR and donned ODST gear to cosplay with some of his buddies.
Yeah it’s kinda goofy when you think about it, I think commander Jerome should have been master chief cause Jerome and Cutter are tied to the storyline. Not seeing why 343 would just cut him out for Maj. Vaughn ODST unit.
And yeah voice acting is important
I don’t think 343 would change an existing leaders layout.
