My game won’t let me go to the req store, view my armour, obtain csr from winning games, viewing other players stats and a whole bunch else. My Internet is not the problem. I am pushing around 110 mbs down and 10mbs up.
halo you tried to quit the game form the dashboard then start it again?
just wondering had some friends with the same issue yesterday in a few games…
There’s a hell of a lot more to networking than your upload and download speeds.
Give it a few minutes, or the old fashioned hard restart, and you’ll be fine. Happens to everyone on occasion.
I had an issue the other day where I could not access the req system. Give it a minute or try to restart if the problem continues.
This has been going on since yesterday. I have reset my app, my Xbox and my router. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck.

But in all seriousness I had problems with the req system last night.
- I opened a pack and it still remained there… couldn’t reopen it as a message would pop up “you have already opened this pack”
- content I got from the two hcs packs I bought last night wouldn’t show up in my inventory… so I thought I was out 20 bucks… Then I played two games and it was there… Yay
