MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME

So I just finished the last level of ODST and the achievement didn’t pop. So I went to achievements and every achievement I was busy with like win 500 multiplayer games (which was at 96%) and get 2500 assist medals which was at 90% has ALL BEEN RESET. every achievement is back at 0%! I still have the win 450 multiplayer games etc. I havent lost any. But everything is at 0%! I am also RANK 1 again for every playlist! I was 17 for H2A playlist for instance.

I joined the Preview Program yesterday but I doubt that has anything to do with this.

I did a hard reset of my XBOX ONE but that didn’t fix it.

Does anybody have any idea how to help me? I was keeping record of my Multiplayer achievement progress and now everything is at 0%!

  • H2A: Earn 100 Environmentalist medals 67%
  • H2A: Earn 100 Splatter Medals 85%
  • Earn 250 Killjoy Medals 93%
  • Earn 100 Legendary Medals 49%
  • Earn 2500 Assist Medals 90%

i just had the exact same thing happen…all achievement progress reset to 0% and all multiplayer ranks reset to 1 and matchmaking stats reset to 0.

I sign into play, I’m a level 7 on Halo 2 classic. I go up level 9 and call it a night. Sign back in the next day and Im back to level 7 like I never played at all. Same with my other ranks on my other playlist. I’m stuck on a certain level after i sign in and out, no matter if i rank up or down. Has anyone experience this? Please help, thanks

Deleting my account on xbox one and then add it again fixed it for me!
