MAJOR CHANGE No more dropping to lower leagues!!!!

Since Halo 5 began, once you went up to the next league in the ranks (Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, etc), you could not drop back to the next lower league until the season was over and you had to re-qualify.

This season, some moron decided to allow this to happen. Champion and Onyx players can lose on purpose, drop to low leagues, and then WTFPWN their way back up.

This is bad, this ruins many games for mid level players.

I am a top level pistolero. On certain maps, with the Magnum pistol alone, (or nearly so), I can win games. I routinely finish each season either as a high Gold or low Platinum ranked player. I only play Free For All games.

This season, with this league-dropping change in place, I am hovering around Silver 6 to Gold 1, I have changed back and forth between Silver and Gold 3 times in the past week.

And in some of my games, where I am not doing as good as I should, I notice that when someone gets the 25 kills to win, the second place player frequently has HALF or less of the winners score.

This has to stop. Reinstate the rule that you cannot drop to a lower league once you get promoted up a level. We have these 400 pound fat slobs sitting in their basement playing Halo, dropping leagues on purpose, thinking they are pwning everyone because of this league change.

“This season”? This has been a thing since like September. Also it was considered a bannable offense to abuse it for that purpose.

Drinking has been thing since last October, It’s not a recent change. Calling people morons is not the way to get your point across.
