Majestic?

So i want to know how good people think it is, i got the first set not for free and regreted it. These maps look smaller which i like but also i dont want to give 343 more money… What do you think i should do

Depands how much time you’re spending on Halo 4 online. I play it almost everyday so for me it was no brainer since default maps are getting little boring. I must say those are really good maps. Probably some of the best in Halo 4 (or in Halo franchise in general). You should buy them now, when they have their separate playlist.

If you don’t want to give a company more money, don’t. I got these maps for free because I got the limited edition of Halo 4, theres only 1 really good map in it. Save your money.

These maps are pretty fun. They’re good for team, and for Rumble pit. They have good sizes. Each gametype works our differently for each map, and it creates interesting experiences

I wouldn’t get the maps until 343 changes the dlc map policy in playlists…i have crimson as well, only played on crimson maps 3 times outside of the crimson dlc playlist.

As of now, we are essentially buying map packs for a limited time playlist, and then will hardly ever see them ever again.

To me that is not enough to warrant a buy (regardless if you like the maps or not).

Really? I play other playlists, and I see the DLC come up a lot. Half the time, it’s two of the three options in Big Team.

There the best fun I’ve had on Halo 4, I’ve not played Monolith but the others are great. Good for close combat I’ve racked up my AR and Saw kills a bit, also got good BR and the DMR.

No, how dare you even say such a thing.

C’mon. If they were in Halo 2, they would became instant classics. This map pack has more good maps than whole Halo Reach.

Just get them, 343 uses the money for us as they have been proving lately. They are amazing maps that can be played over and over.

I don’t have it but I can tell you it’s 10x better than the crimson map pack for sure. Crimson was crappy but majestic looks great.

I played on 2 of 3 of them and there great. Felt like classic Halo maps to me from what we had normally .

Is there massive splitscreen lag like with the Crimson maps?

They should be trying to get me to play the game though istead of trying to sell me more maps

seriously?
I constantly get wreckage and shatter as 2 out of my three options almost every time I join a big team game.

They work fine. No frame rate issues.

The maps are pretty good and skyline is my new favorite map in Halo 4.

Monolith and FFA Pro can go and die in a hole.

Monolith and Skyline are the best maps in a Halo game since Halo 2 maps. Too bad Halo 4 gameplay(DMR spam and constant jetpack abuse) ruins any small map. Landfall is a little weird. It’s a cool map but I might need more time on it. It reminds me of Turf in a way. At the same time Landfall may have too many unused rooms that will just be used for straight up shotty camping. Only time will tell how much hate I will have for it. Either way these maps are solid and I would say worth the purchase. They are basically the first maps I’ve played in Halo 4(aside from forge variants) that really make you feel like rushing power weapons at the start would be an awesome idea. If we want to talk about eye candy then these are obvious buys. Some of the best looking maps ever. The darker tons of Skyline and Monolith make it easier for me to see. Every other map in the game makes me feel like I’m 15 feet away from the sun.
