My game completely freezes on launch. As soon as I press start to enter the menu. Can’t play anything. Any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this?
Pull the power plug out of your xbox and put it back in after few seconds so that your console completely restarts. Had the same problem with a different game and that fixed it 
Don’t try that, hold the power button on your xbox for a hard restart. Pulling the plug while it’s on could cause damage to your console.
Give it some time, like 10 minutes to get past the start up screen after you press start. If nothing happens, holds the guide button on your controller until it brings up the option to shut off the controller/console.
If that still doesn’t work, then do what they said and hold the power button to hard reset your box
