First of all the xp cap is pure crap.
If i want to have no life… 343 should let me have no life LOL
With the xp cap being 75k (i think), and me earning around 2500 xp a game
That leaves me only being able to play roughly 30 games a day which is nothing.

This cap is super easy to reach especially with challenges and commendation rewards.

If the xp cap stays (Which it really shouldn’t)
Please at least not include challenges, or raise the cap to a much higher value.

The main reason why i mentioned this is because i just completed the monthly challenge, the same game that i got capped.

The game gave me the xp for the challenge and said i had 58k / 63k (im SR59)

i then finished another game to see that the xp was taken away and that ive been capped (33k / 63k now)

This is extremely frustrating, because i have gotten xp capped many times since release and it leaves me not wanting to play the game because i am not earning anything

Another issue is the lack of the “locale only” setting
I don’t know why 343 missed this, but being in Australia,
it is extremely frustrating getting matched up with Americans and getting insane lag to the point of the game being unplayable.

Also joining games mid-game seemed like a good idea at first, but 90% of the games i join, my team is being dominated (which is also why there was free space on the team, because people rage quit)
I have so many useless losses from joining a lost game.

There are also some minor issues such as thruster packs needing a buff, and plasma grenades being super weak. But these i can live with.

With all these being said though, the game is amazing and i will stick with it for ages.

I just really hope 343 fixes some of these issues. Mainly the xp Cap though

Agreed 150%, the cap is horrible, I play for 3-4 hours when i wake up then i have to stop mid day because i am capped and i get off intill the next day…and i am sick of entering games where i get a lose and usually go negative because we are getting spawn killed or something…

Exactly my point!!

3-4 Hours of Gameplay is no where near worth a cap
I have to now wait 6 and a half hours before playing again -___-
Most people would say ‘just play’, but it feels like theres no point when not earning anything…
Plus i dont want to accidently unlock commendations/challenges and not be rewarded for them

Although I think that the cap may be slightly low per day, and I really think that challenges should always give xp, if you really like playing, does not getting xp really matter?

You must be a young’un, back in my day we didn’t even have xp and just played the game because it was fun :wink:

I totally agree with the point of not having locale . As I live in Germany and keep getting paired up to American games I’m finding it frustrating as I’m getting lag or the game cuts out .

In a few weeks, you’ll be at 130 and not have any use for XP… The ultimate XP cap.

The game is not only here for you to just get xp, it is here to play. If you think that you should be rewarded for playing a match each and every time you have a serious misunderstanding of what this game is meant for. Think of the xp as a bonus and when you run out for the day you can, oh my gosh I am going to say it, just enjoy the game.

As for the regional lag issue, it is listed under the issues topic and is being looked into.
