I just got banned for being in a multiplayer game and not playing, but I’m a Dad and at times things beyond my control happen and i have to put the game down to handle my priorities. Its some B.S. that you can’t leave games or stay in without getting banned. I don’t have these issues to often and have a good online review i should never get banned from any game i play cause i play the games not cheat them or maliciously abuse them. you need to work on this system.

I see where youre coming from, and im the person that has to lose games because of you.
There should be a penalty for leaving (not AFK but flat out leaving) but it shouldn’t be first offence like some of these other idiots I’ve seen. They’re the first ones to complain and say first offence ban, but when they get banned on first offence because something comes up they -Yoink- about it being too strict.

You’re also the first one to -Yoink- when you have a DC and get banned as a result.
It’d be nice if leaving once in awhile was ok. Or if leaving instead of banning you just messed up your stats.

Again, why should that be the problem of the other people on his team? He can play all he wants, but he shouldn’t complain about being banned for abandoning his team.
It depends on the length of the ban.

Looking at your matchmaking history, you have a very clean record with only one unfinished game. Good stuff.
Remember that quitting a game affects everyone else in the match, so try to keep others in mind when playing with them online.
i understand your frustration, the sweaty arena is pretty strict, i hope they are more lenient in social playlists and forge maps
i think you should be able to leave towards the start of a match because you can be replaced with someone else trying to find a game, but i think you should get a warning if you leave a match that nearly finished where you are losing, because it would actually balance out an un-even game if the winning team decreases in numbers, and you would actually lose out on points which would decrease the amount of people that quit anyway

You aren’t banned from first time offenses. If you DC frequently, then you probably already know you have internet problems/a -Yoink- ISP. That is something you can control.

I get disconnected randomly and haven’t been temp banned in a very, very long time. Since Reach, I think.
My point being there are things you can’t control that happen and we shouldn’t be throwing around the ban hammer left right and center because someone had to attend to their kid mid game a couple of times. He’s just as entitled to play the game as you and I’m sorry you’re put through the horror of having one iffy team mate in your video game.
This really depends on the length of the ban. There is no point to this if it is a 2 minute. If it is a ten minute or an hour I think that is fine. Take that time to take care of your kid and make the play session more enjoyable for both you and your team when the temporary ban is up.
