Can you still play as Elites in custom games for machinimas?
Does anyone now of if they’re going to let us lower weapons on XBL?
Is their going to be a future video downloading system from waypoint so we don’t have to use capture cards?
Will 343 still be supported of making characters look like Marines instead of 2 tons of Armour?
Pretty sure David Ellis said on twitter no playable Elites in Halo 4 :s
But he did confirm no elites in MP.

Elites will not be playable at all in halo 4 according to david ellis.
AS for the rest of the questions, nothing has been confirmed.
I hope for weapon lowering they just do the halo 2 one, and make it available over xbox live. It would be great, and helpful for machinimas and just goofing around.
Lets hope they dont pull a bungie retarditis on us and make another button combo to lower weapons.

note these would not play like spartans or elites and would be a more basic script then a bot for team slayer or some thing.
they would only attack when fired at or if you get too close.
In the Rooster Teeth machinimas made in Halo 4, some of the characters had their weapons lowered (but this was probably a custom game), the Elites won’t be playable in Halo 4, and I don’t know about the rest.

They probably wont add hostile enemies on maps (unless offline AI are confirmed).
To the OP: You can most likely lower your weapon again (as seen in the RvB footage. As of now I have no clue if it will be supported in multiplayer.
There will be NO ELITES in multiplayer . . . at all most likely.
I don’t know about the downloading system straight from waypoint but that sounds cool and sounds like it wouldn’t be too hard to do. If the xbox can connect to the internet you should also be able to just directly download it to Youtube.
The Master Chief is going to look like a tank either way, but the Spartan IV’s are just volunteer’s . . . normal people (well . . . in service) that opted to join the program. So I don’t know whether or not the Multiplayer models will look more like Marines or walking tanks . . . I’m hoping their bulky but I don’t make Machinima’s.
Don’t give your hopes up though. I’ve heard that Frankie is a huge fan of Machinima so that might make the interwebs more accessible to them. We’ll see.
