With the player trait areas I see so many possibilities for machinima. For example, you can have someone slowly fade away into a background by making different parts of the map cause invisibility until they are unable to be seen. You could even change your color at any time in the middle of the game… there really is an endless amount of possibilities with this new forge.
On the note of machinima, does anyone have a link to jack and Geoff playing P.I.G? The video i have doesn’t have it

Yup, this is going to be awesome for machinima vids.

And what I like best is that we have not one or two, but THREE forge maps with their own UNIQUE forge pallets. This is epic! And none of the items are grey! Yahoo!
I’m probably the happiest person about this because I’ve had so many good games and memories in Halo 3 custom games and now they will, most likely, be brought back to life.

Dynamic lighting, weapon lowering over XBL, improved graphics by a huge margin, forge objects casting shadows and specific area altering; making certain places effect your player traits. Halo 4 has already won me over and I hope a lot more people now. And I especially cannot wait to see the machinimas that are going to be made, I reckon they will be as good if not better than the Halo 3 ones, I really want to see some Forgotten Spartans material, but with a little bit better voice acting

Hearing that made me applaud my TV…then I stopped because I knew I was alone in my room making a fool of myself. So then I continued. In all honesty, Im so happy to hear that.
