i just use the dark horse app on my phone for all the newer comic much cheaper then print(oh how i miss print though) as for the marvel and comics and such I believe i remember visiting a Database of all the comics but i dont remember where
I would honestly be a little disappointed if it wasn’t Macer, but at the same time, she was way too girly to be a soldier, let alone a Spartan. She moved around the Halo fragment in Nightfall like a dainty princess, not a hardened warrior. Still, it would be cool to see how her relationship with Locke has evolved over time. She would be the only connection with Locke that we have from another character’s perspective that we are familiar with.

There’s always the possibility of Macer being Locke’s mission control.
I think with Tanaka having her own mini-comic series, it’s a pretty safe bet that it’s her and not Macer. Besides, why make two issues of Escalation revolve around her if she is not going to have a significant role later on?
I’d prefer Macer I really liked her and her actress was beautiful, but it’s Tanaka.
If I had to choose, then Macer, but I would like to see both of them on Locke’s team in some way.

I don’t think it’s Macer. All the Spartan IV’s (so far) have been invited/hand picked from existing serving UNSC personnel. It would be a huge change in policy for Macer to become a Spartan. I do think she’ll make an appearance in Halo 5 at some stage though, possibly contacting Locke when/if Sedra is attacked

Tanaka. She is already a S-IV, while Macer doesn’t seem as prepared to be a ground troop. Maybe mission control or pilot of their ship.
Tanaka since she was on the IMDB page for Halo 5, then they took her down to keep it a secret. I don’t see why else she’d be in the game.
I’m honestly thinking it’s both. That white spartan just doesn’t have a masculine look to me. Not to mention nothing about the armor or weapon rings Romeo in anyway. As much as it would suck to have Buck and Romeo split up, I do indeed think that was the case and Locke’s squad is as follows:
Locke
Buck
Macer
Tanaka
And this would also go perfectly with what I think 343 is doing in trying to make the teams mirror images of each other.
Has anybody even considered Spartan Thorne? Halo 4’s limited edition showed that he’s supposed to pick his specialized armour which he hasn’t as far as we know yet. Seeing as the white Spartan has no resemblance to Romeo it could be Thorne?
