Hey, wouldn’t a specialty that allows a Mac round be awesome. You call down a target marker and you can demo the enemy team. The graphics are there, the target marker is there, let us use that. What you guys think?

Well, its not that it would be overpowered, its just that it would make the game unbalanced. You can’t just have one class that gives you an extra weapon that has the potential to get a kill every life.
Imagine playing big team slayer with every one on the opposite team using that specilization…

It depends on the size of the gun. The Mammoth Mac was extremely powerful, but not enough to create a nuke like radius blast.

That is correct, but the idea is just unnecessary. Frankly the OP wasn’t very specific anyway. Honestly, I think the Railgun is the best option.
There should definitely be an AA called “the GIMP of the Didect” where you’re on a leash in a full gimp suit and the Didect rides you around and calls you his “little warthog” while he shoots rainbow spartan laser beams at your foes — causing their heads to explode in a grunt birthday partyesque manner.

The OP idea would be good for a Spartan Ops.
You need to destroy a promethean facility. Whomever, there’s around 500.000 guards there. So you and other 3 Spartans must plant a nuke inside it. You guys are able to do it, but the nuke is to weak to destroy the powerful forerunner facility. Then you and the rest of Criminology makes a final stand while UNSC prepares a bombard of 300 MAC shoots to take the facility down.
