And to anyone saying it was useless, it was pretty DAMN USEFUL IN LEGENDARY CAMPAIGN.

I doubt the “spiker” will be in Halo 4 because of the removal of brutes.
He means the Spiker from Halo 3. It won’t be in 4 because the brutes aren’t in, I’d assume. I hope mah brute shots in though

Spikers were also in Reach, but nobody seemed to use them.
I doubt the Spiker will return, it just didnt see the light of day very often and Bungie neglected it in Reach pretty badly. The Gravity Hammer is returning, but there is no clue to what will be wielding it however. With many other weapons making a appearance or reappearance, the Spiker hasnt yet, but no ones sure if it will. As mentioned, the Concussion Rifle also is returning but it is a Elite manufactured weapon so that makes sense, I just hope it does seem to resemble the Brute Shot more than its Reach counterpart.

Highly doubt it. i mean there are no brutes, and the only weapon they have brought back that is brute is the hammer. the concussion rifle is back so no brute shot either. so i highly doubt the spiker will return.

Most likely not, since I doubt it would be an ordinance weapon, and we know all the spawn weapons at this time. Also, the Brute’s exclusion would add to that theory.
i used the spike in Reach whenever I could find it. But it is not in any default maps, just one community map I can think of, which is a shame because it eats shields fast

Can’t tell if serious or not but yeah they were in campaign and forge and some forge maps in match making so how did you miss them? and yeah Spikers were allot more common in halo 3 though.

They were basically only in campaign and firefight (also avaiable in forge) but, as far as I know, in no MP maps. Even the plasma rifle was more used in reach.

Ya, I just couldn’t remember them. That’s why I said it says something about the Spiker, if it’s a weapon in the game, and I don’t remember it.

Seriously, the only useful non-power weapons in Reach’s campaign are the NR, PP, Needler (to an extent) and the DMR. Everything else just takes too long to kill.
