Exclusive fullscreen must be the top priority for PC team. Borderless forces triple buffering which increases latency and forces to lowest refresh rate of your displays which for multi-monitor setups is unacceptable. Multithreaded raw mouse input is also incredibly important. Halo is a competitive fps after all and mouse needs to work perfectly. Every single framedrop, stutter or additional lag from borderless increases randomness to our accuracy.
Fullscreen will almost certainly be there for launch. It’s probably easier to make a build for the flight without it.
yeh it should be there on release. i dont see why it wont. MCC has more options in comparison.
My game runs absolutely terrible on RTX 3080. Cant get past 100 FPS and it just stutters. Feels like 60Hz monitor too.
