Sadly, I predict Gamma Company, Jun, Spirit of Fire, the engineers from the Ascendant Justice, Vergil, Buck’s Squad, and so on…
Are all going to be shoved (if they haven’t already) into a corner and forgotten, never to be explained or told what their fate it.

Well, Jun’s whereabouts are unknown.
He may be dead, he may be alive, but he isn’t with Dr. Halsey.
Her future ‘after Reach’ is detailed in First Strike, Ghosts of Onyx and finaly Glasslands.
Halsey will almost definatly be in Traviss’ next book, and I would cetrainly like her to cameo in Halo 4 and beyond.
As for Jun, I hope not.
