So I’ve been playing halo 5 for around a month and a half now, and I’ve gotten to level 72. I’ve unlocked at least 40% of everything, emblems, armor and req cards, but so far, not a single DMR. I’m starting to think my system is broken. I’ve been buying both silver and gold packs, have skins for the DMR, but no DMR.
Can someone shed some light on how to get a DMR? This is getting ridiculous.
It’s not broken OP, it’s just your luck with RNG. Some have gotten DMR’s earlier and some later. I still need to find one myself 
Stop purchasing Gold packs if you’ve yet to complete silver packs. Have you completed bronze packs? DMR does have Rare REQ cards. I have 9 total. 6 Rare, 2 Ultra Rare and 1 Legendary. I’m a level 78 Spartan. All of my Rare DMR’s have come from silver packs. I didn’t use cash for these, I used REQ point’s. I received my DMR at level 47. After that they just started flowing in. I’ve completed silver pack’s.
When you’ve completed silver pack’s you’ll start to receive two Rare REQ cards of 1500 each of REQ point’s. I have screen shots of these cards. The RNG can be streamlined if you focus on eliminating the REQ pack’s in order. You’ll stop receiving gear in each category and just receive individual REQ cards, boost cards for Arena and WZ. Move to the next level of REQ pack’s. This also falls in place for your certifications. Hope this helps you.
