I’ve been unable to pass level 70 due to the lack of specialization’s to people who bought the regular edition.
When will I be able to rank up?..

Buy the DLC from ebay for 6-8 bucks if u wanna rank up. It sucks but it’s the quickest way.
I think they’re sending out an email with a code at the end of the month.
luckily for the amount of time i play me hitting 70 should be timed perfectly with the 30th

Remember back in Halo 3 when you didn’t get anything for playing games? Yeah, me too. It’s like people don’t know what to do because they aren’t ranking up. Seriously dude, just play the game and enjoy it. Are you going to quit playing once you hit 130? Probably not.
It’s not the rank you have in the game, it’s the rank you have in your heart that counts…

While it is emphasized, that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy yourself without leveling up. Isn’t that why people purchased this game to begin with?

I’ve been SR70 for over a week now. Your 3 days are nothing to me.
I am 68 and I’ve slowed it down, trying to time it around the end of the month to reach Lvl 70. I saw too many of the earlier guys complaining about the cap. So I would say find another game till you get your code.
play campaign, do forge, play some customs
everyone that is SR70 should prolly just band up and play some custom games tbh lol im slowing my leveling now that emails might take longer than i thought

Everyone will be getting access to the rest of the Specializations within the next month anyway.
So just playing the game as usual, or doing what you said and play customs, or messing around in Forge, to kill time isn’t a bad idea.

it’s a load of BS that people who didn’t spend more money on the game get frozen at a certain point while everyone else is free to level up. I don’t want to play the game when I’m not getting anything for it but everyone else around me is. it’s limited and -Yoink- 343 for doing this

Wrong just because in halo 3 u still ranked up…without people having access to the specializations they are stuck at 70…something that never happend in halo 3 ranked or social.

You sir, deserve a medal for your stupidity. It is an added benefit of buying the LIMITED edition. I’m sorry you were too cheap to spend some extra cash.
The worst part about people crying about this is that they are going to be able to get the specs anyway.
You don’t like that you have to wait?
Too effing bad.
This is like buying a coach airline ticket and complaining because they put you in first class but on the next flight.
Don’t get me wrong, I think a daily xp cap is absolute nonsense, especially when they have double xp promotions that cost EXTRA money and get wasted if you keep playing after the cap is reached.
However, you have no right to complain about being stuck at 70 FOR NOW because you didn’t want to get the limited edition. There are reasons that it cost more.
You are not even being excluded from the specs, you are just told to wait your turn.
So grow up, and understand the concept of VIP treatment for people who spend more, it’s a fact of life.
if you know your email account that is associated witb your gamertag, you will find in your email a code that you can put in to open up the other 6 specs on December 1st.

Are people in a rush to level up because they want bragging rights from their rank or because the only way to unlock all perks is to complete specializations?
