Luck skull???

This is probably a really stupid question, but what’s the Luck skull and how do I get it? Is it in a DLC I don’t have?
One of the campaign challenges for this weeks clearly says I need to “Complete any Campaign Mission on Heroic or higher difficulty with the Famine, Luck and Thunderstorm skulls”, but I don’t have the Luck skull…

Thanks in advance, and try not to blame me for beeing stupid, it’s just bad luck…
