LSS is the worst mode of all. The dumbest decision one could make was to introduce battle royale into halo infinite. Give people a forge and they themselves will do what they like. And if there is BR, then only BR fans will play it. The fans that BR hasn’t gotten in the last 8 years. Who do not see their life without BR. Who do not go to work, but jump with a parachute and at the end of the day only one should remain in the office. And 343 forces you to play this stupid mode, otherwise you won’t get anything from the event. 343 give the game to another studio!!! In your hands the game gets worse and worse.

Man I’m currently sitting in this LSS match with 2 people left because the challenges wont complete for playing matches unless I wait til the very end.
Now the spectat mode is bugged. Can’t even watch the match, just have to sit here staring at a wall.
Either get rid of challenges or make them actually function, this stuff is so annoying man. Oh, and fix spectator mode if you’re gonna make me STAY THE WHOLE MATCH. GOD.
Oh look, it’s over. Next challenge: Get 50 kills in LSS.

Restart your game, challenges will count. They also only count after the game has officially finished so if you leave and keep playing another match or whatever then when you get back they will have counted.
I didn’t stay in a single game I lost and I got all progress updated.

Oh. So. Either way I have to wait. So if I only have 1 challenge for LSS… And I’m 3/4 and I die early… I gotta wait before queing up again for a new challenge…

I had restarted my game after each LSS match I’ve done and they didn’t update, but now I understand the match has to complete without me.

Yeah, apparently they are working on a fix for it because it’s dumb.
You have to wait for the challenge progress but you can still play the game which you can’t if you stay watching. A very slight silver lining.
