they dont make much what? The spartan level has nothing to do with how good a player is, ive stomped lower levels and have been stomped by lower levels. They have nothing to do with how well of a player you are.

Okay, in Arena, maybe. You have a Platinum 3 against a Silver 1. Yeah…umm… Get rekt. There should be a range of ranks you can be placed with depending on your rank. However, then if you have a fireteam who are all platinums while you’re a silver. It could cause problems. They would have to either figure something out or not do it. If you have 2 platinums in your fire team, they could let 2 platinums on their team then silvers. Or 2 of whatever ranks are within the platinum range. An example of a range would be this. If you are a silver 1, you can be with Silver 1,2 and 3. As well as gold 1 and bronze 3.

ranks are what matters, levels in halo are like levels in call of duty. Lower levels probably just play less.
