Using the pistol in Warzone, I came to the conclusion it is too OP against other loadouts, but I personally think Whispered Truth has a slight edge, purely because it is a Level 5 REQ. CE pistol is amazing but it isn’t 1-shot like some other 6 REQs. So my idea, lower it to Level 5 REQs, I think that’ll work

I think it is fine sitting at Level 6.

It’s also hitscan, so it’s even easier to hit shots at long ranges.
I think 5 would be perfect, aside from, Nostalgia it’s not that good.

With a good marksmen, it needs the spot with it. I used in in arena, and in custom games. It is overpowerd, but it is a mythic. Where it is at is fine

Aren’t all bullet guns hitscan?
The Halo CE pistol is fine just the way it is only because you can kill people with 3 shots to the head & you have a built speed boost to it, high aim assist & it’s great at those long shots. It deserves to stay at its normal REQ Level.
And the DMR, too.

No, the BR is not because if I don’t lead my shots by about 5 feet they won’t register. :^( actually it is hitscan but 343 gave us trash servers so that’s how halo 5 plays for me
I mean its OP. BTW thanks for wearing recon. We can use more recons in the universe.
I agree I think 6 is too high. That puts it on the same level as a sniper rifle or a tank, which seems silly. Sure it has a speed boost, but so does Whispered Truth, which as OP pointed out is only a level 5.
I’m looking forward to unlocking it.
Ok I kind of take back what I said about whispered truth having the edge, the WT also has less shots and lower range, so it was kind of a stupid thing for me to say

The weapon itself is very weak. I dont understand why its even a REQ to begin with. Compare to the normal magnum it has a low chance of actually killing the target.

Have you seen the 3-shot headshot? i tried it in a custom game with my friends and it is more lethal and than A HYDRA

I wouldn’t go that far. There are very few people who actually have the CE Pistol unlocked.
