Anyone else struggling to hold anything above 70fps even on the lowest settings?

Any other game I can run at 200+ fps, but this game, even setting the dynamic resolution to 144hz minimum and putting all graphics as low as they can go I cant hold a steady 75fps and get stutters.
It’s actually abysmal.
Exactly same hardware for me. My fps seems to hover around 60 in the arena maps on all low settings.

Can’t play it on 4k, had to turn it down to 1440p to get better fps.

Is it exclusive to AMD CPUs?

Were you able to test it at 1080p?

It’s probably more about the AMD GPU, my friend has GTX1080 with the same CPU and he had reasonably better performance. I did get to 90-100 fps when I put minimum and maximum frame rate to 144. The dynamic resolution kicks in then but unlike the first flight, in this flight it didn’t make the game look 240p but instead seemed to be quite close to 1080p.
I could get 200+ FPS always, while averaging 220 FPS on 4k low settings with an i9 10900k +rtx 3090. In the previous flight I got 160 FPS max with the same hardware, so there definitely was an improvement. Perhaps they may need to optimize for AMD hardware yet though.
