Low FPS in multiplayer?

I’m receiving low FPS in multiplayer gameplay, when I’m playing against 1v1 AI I don’t receive any fps drop.

I know it isn’t my computer because I’m running: GTX 1080, i7-6800, 32Gbs ddr4 RAM.

I’m running windows 10, and yes I’ve tryed lowing the ingame graphic settings and also booted in fullscreen/window mode nothing changes.

I have the same but in a blitz. I think that it lags. Not fps.
