Yeah, I don’t really like the coating system that much. There should just be “patterns” and then you can make the colors up yourself.

Like with the scorpion punch pattern you can get a yellow arm and a purple body, or whatever you please.

I feel the coating system is also taking up a lot of space within the game. Next thing we know we have 10 armor cores with all 50+ coatings. While they could give us more options by just having coating patterns and you can choose the colors yourself.

Apparently the files were too large with skins… That was the reasoning they gave anyway. Skins are 100% better though, as it’s literally just a pattern and you colour it however you like.

When that bundle came out that had the goofy colored “toy” coatings, I immediately jumped on it. I’d like more wild coatings please.

I wish the campaign gave more colours than just red.
