Lost Some Armor?

Hi, so i started playing reach on my Xbox one for the first time since the 360 (which was a while back).
I don’t have the pre-order recon helmet or the eternal armour effect. I don’t know if i lost anything else…

Highlight the game tile —> press the Menu button on your controller —> Select “Manage Game and Add-Ons” —> Scroll down to “Ready to Install” —> Install whatever you are missing.

But i still don’t have the flame effect?

Then you must have redeemed the code for it or used the iOS app while logged in to another account. Anything you own for the account you use will show up on that page.
