LOST REQ's PLEASE HELP!

Hey so I bought a silver REQ pack, it tried to automatically open and prompted me that “The pack could not be opened at this time please check ‘My Pakcs’ to open the pack.” I went to my packs and tried to open it manually, it prompted me that “This pack could not be opened because it has already been opened.” At this point I went to check my REQ Cards only to find that I had received no new REQ’s… I was charged 5000 points for the pack and received nothing. I even restarted my xbox/halo but still got nothing. I am hoping that someone can help me figure out what to do/ how to get my REQ’s or REQ points!? Please Help!

You still got the stuff you just have to kinda know what you had before to know what it gave you and with so many reqs at the silver level odds are you won’t quite know.

That’s initially what I thought too, but I don’t keep a lot of REQ’s so I would have noticed anything different I think… Is there like a way that 343 can see the purchases and items?

The last armor or helmet you received will be the first shown in the customization menu. The items were placed in your req inventory.

Sometimes you need to hard reset your console for the latest stuff to show, or you can check here on Waypoint
