I purchased a gold pack just a few minutes ago using req points. The 10000 req points were deducted from my balance then the game crashed before the gold pack was opened. I did not get anything dor the 10000 req points that i spent. Is there a way to roll me back to a point before the game crashed on me? I’ve lost a number of boosts due to crashes, but this is the first time i have lost an entire gold pack.
hey OP, when this happens don’t worry, you’ll still get your items. What happens here is that the initial opening animation for the REQ pack is skipped, but everything is still added to your inventory. You can hard reset your console to see your items or check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint
