Lost req points and req packs???

I have been playing halo 5 for a long time and i had saved up to about 200,000 req points. I then spent all of them on gold packs but I didn’t open them, I managed to get 20 gold red packs, when I logged on the next day all of the req points/ req packs had gone and I was really angry… can I have them back… it took me a long time and i am very sad :frowning:

Saving up 200,000 REQ points would only get you 20 Gold packs.
To get 200 Gold packs, you would have needed 2,000,000 REQ points.
