Lost Req points and packs

Has anyone else been losing packs and Req points after match due to ‘Loading’ after score screen whether victory or defeat - the Carnage Report doesn’t display just says ‘Loading’ and soon after times out resulting in a return to lobby with no req points added or awarded req packs for completion of in game commendations I.E. ‘Assistant Pack’. Having checked after game to see that the Assistant commendation was progressed to the next level but no pack awarded :confused: also 3 games of ‘Loading’ errors resulted in an estimated 5800-6300 Req points :frowning: if this persists than progress with be severely stunted resulting in multiple games being as if never happening at all - is there any way to get these packs retroactively in an update ? or awarded a pack from Dev for a ‘Sorry for your loss’ kind of deal?

Any insight from a well informed community member or Admin would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

Yes, I did make a post on here but like most got ignored…

I’ve had this problem a few times. I missed out on the Hunter Commendation pack for defeating standard bosses in Warzone. It’s never arrived since, which is quite annoying.

It’s a known issue, currently being tracked in this topic at the moment. Bravo has responded that the team are aware.
