I finished up the warzone firefight victory on 12/11/2016 just after 11 pm central time. I then proceeded to open the 6 req packs I got plus one for spartan rank up, and an additional gold pack that I bought. I opened all the packs and everything seemed good until I got hit with a saving error. Shortly after that I got a profile sync error and was told to check my connection. Upon signing back in today I have no req packs to open and I have lost some associated reqs from the packs I did have. I know for a fact they are not there because I received the terminal velocity assassination, boomCO pistol skin and several power weapons and vehicles. A few of the reqs still show such as patrol case armor mod and some of the vehicles I received. Any help from 343 would be appreciated. I can send further details if I need to.
Did you try doing a hard reset of console? That usually clears the cache and makes thing show again. Alternatively you can check your REQs here on Waypoint via your service record
I did try a hard reset. I will give it another try and see if that does anything. I will also check here to see if they show
It does show them on way point and it now reflects on the game too. I guess they had a nasty little server crash last night.
Okay I dont know if I’m the only one but I still didnt get my Intermeddiate req pack even though it says I recieved one but when I go to it it always said no req packs to open. What is going with that?
