Hey there everybody, I recently purchased a bundle of 10 REQ Packs and when I went to open up the second pack, it seemed to be taking longer than it usually does, and then it crashed. When I restarted my game the req packs were gone. The charge went through, but I no longer have any of the packs. Please help. Thank you.

It has happened to me, but if you check your inventory, they should be there.
There is a known glitch that cause his. 343 has acknowledged and is working on it. Try a hard reset on your xbox.
