Hi,
I have redeemed my Teishen Raikou armour set and my code from my Halo 5 Guardians controller (silver and blue) I then received the notifications saying that they are ready to be launched. I checked my req area on halo 5 and the packs did not appear.
My friend who bought the halo 5 master chief controller has also had the same problem.
Can some one please sort this out as it is highly disappointing for us both.

Hey dude the same happened to me today.
i talked to xbox support and the best they could do was to refund me.
sorry maybe try again later in the week.
Sadly I think that they would only be able to do that with one of the codes and not the other one for the controller. We will have to see.
I just had the same thing happen to me. Are we supposed to just wait and see if they fix it?
Yes most likely, I checked last night and they appeared for me and my friend. I guess we have to patient and wait if we lose REQ packs.
